Experience & Qualifications
· BSc. in Computer Science or Software related discipline or equivalent professional qualification
· Minimum of 2 years experience as Senior QA engineer responsible for test design and execution in a automated test environment.
· Experience in designing and creating test automation suits using Java, JUnit, or any other open source technologies.
· Experience in following methodologies, tools, technologies is a must
o Agile software development
o Test design and planning
o QA Processes including Defect management, Release management and Configuration management
o Automation test suite design
o Java and Junit
o WebLogic or JBoss
o Oracle, MS-SQL or MySQL
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
· Ability to grasp business domain technical details quickly and be productive in short period of time
· Ability to work with minimum supervision to successful completion of assigned duties
· Ability to work with both centralised and distributed teams effectively
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
