A reputed Company in The ideal candidate should possess a Degree in Chemistry with at least five years experience in soft drink production facility in a similar position. He must have a good understanding of production process such as water treatment, syrup preparation, beverage mixing etc. Candidate should be able to monitor and record Brix, Co 2, and Acidity (TA) as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality within Pepsi specifications, maintain a water treatment system to Pepsi specifications, adhere to safety programs and service commitments and be responsible for the water treatment section. He should also have a knowledge of biological tests on water, syrup, beverages etc. He must ensure proper housekeeping in the plant, water treatment plant, syrup room and other areas wherever applicable. Fluency in English is essential. Salary-QR 2200 – 3000 House Rent Allowance-QR 1500 Transport, Medicals (Optional) Overtime and Air tickets are provided.
