Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar discipline
· At least 4 years software development experience. Out of that at least 2 years experience working with Java/J2EE technologies
· Experience in OOD/UML, Spring, Hibernate, Weblogic/JBoss, Tomcat, JUnit, Oracle, and working experience on Linux /Solaris environment are a strong plus
· Web application development and experience in Struts/JSF, Portal technologies is an added advantage.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
· Ability to work independently within to achieve deadlines and as part of a team
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Must possess excellent oral, written and presentational skills;
· Experience in a team oriented development environment is a plus
