Tech Leads (J2EE)
·         4+ Years Experience for Tech Leads

·         BSc in Computer Engineering or Science and preferably MSc in Computer Science

·         Ideally from a strong development background with a proven track record in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale J2EE/J2SE solutions.
·         First class design skills including the ability to draw up extremely accurate specifications that could be effectively utilized by development teams offshore as well as onshore 
·         Excellent hands-on development skills in Java/J2EE and related technologies (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, AJAX and Struts), strong experience of Application Servers (IBM WebSphere and JBoss), Relational Databases (IBM DB2 and Oracle), Message Queues (IBM MQ) and multiple platforms (Windows, AIX, Linux and Solaris) 
·         Involvement across the full project lifecycle to successful deployment and strong understanding of latest industry trends (Design Patterns, Enterprise Application Integration, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, Distributed Transaction Processing, Security, Clustering and Grid computing). 
·         Required to play a key role on a range of high profile integration projects working on client sites as an inspirational leader of a multi-skilled team mentoring and monitoring the work of core developers to ensure project deadlines are met.
