Eco Team (Pvt.) Ltd is the leading Nature/ Adventure/ Eco/agro Tourism Service Provider to Sri Lanka
We operate in 24 locations island-wide and offer 26 Nature and Adventure activities to both national and international markets.
The job entails managing and overlooking hospitality aspects of our Activity Centers island wide, mostly featuring unconventional accommodation options such as cottages, luxury campaigns, tree houses and eco lodges. Be responsible for delivery of superior service, training of staff, looking into product/ service development and introduce and formulate novel strategies to meet the requirements of a dynamic market.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Sound experience and exposure in F&B and hotel management with a proven track record
- Excellent PR and communication skills
- The ability to think out of the box and a genuine interest in the wilderness a good knowledge of accounting
- Be willing to travel across the island and have the passion to work long hours in any location
- Exposure and experience to the wilderness, adventure, boutique, luxury hotel properties, wither locally or in a foreign country would be considered as an added advantage
- The position requires the selected candidate to work based outside
