HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university, with over 3 years experience at a managerial level in a similar company.
The candidate we are looking for should be mature, possess a pleasing personality, with excellent communication and PR skills, and be able to work long hours under stress.
Ability to work in a computerized environment is essential, especially as HRM Enterprise System is in operation on line in the Group of Companies.
He/she should be conversant in industrial and labour laws.
The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of personnel management, employee development and training, handle grievances, and health and safety related matters.
