Technical Support Executive - To serve Japanese customers

Eureka Technology Partners is a global Remote IT Support Company (www.eurekamsp.com). Our business is structured around five service offerings - Help Desk, Data Centre, Information Security, Network Monitoring and Disaster Recovery.

As part of our global expansion strategy we urgently require dynamic, IT savvy individuals to join our global IT support team to strengthen our presence in Japan. You will be based at our Global Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Colombo. You will work in an ISO 20000 certified environment and your primary task is to deliver tech support to customers in the above country. You will also become a member of our Continuous service and technical improvement teams.

·         This role works within a 24x7 shift based operation.
·         You will work in an ISO 20000 certified Network Operation centre (NOC) using ITIL best practices
·         In-house Technical trainings and exams
·         Exposure to world class remote management tools
·         Access to lab and in-house library facilities

Qualifications and experience
-        IT Savvy, dynamic and intelligent
-        Excellent command of the Japanese language is mandatory
-        Exposure to Japanese culture is advantageous
