Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a variety of projects which demands in enthusiastic and flexible approach to project management. Reporting to the AVP – Project Delivery, you will be responsible for the planning, resource allocation, progress monitoring and delivery of multiple projects within your defined delivery channel. You will also be entrusted with developing effective working relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure full commitment and support for the success of the project, maintaining excellent supplier relations and achieving its time barred deliverables within identified cost structures.
Requirements
- Sound educational background with a Degree in a related IT field.
- Above 5 years experience in a dynamic business environment handling a large workforce managing the implementation of mission critical ITES projects.
- Proven analytical and project management skills within the area of BPO Industry.
As this is a customer facing position, effective interpersonal, excellent oral & written communication skills in English is a must. Sound analytical, problem solving and planning skills coupled with positive attitude, innovative and constructive with a high level of initiative and self-motivation are other attributes sought.
