The Role
As your primary role, you will be responsible to contribute and execute the strategic plan. The Operations Manager, will be the 2IC of the day to day operations of the company, reporting to the CEO. Furthermore, you have to ensure and maintain organizational sustainability and growth by providing leadership to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
The Person
Due to the diverse nature of the role, it is expected that the successful candidate should have wide experience in the relevant field. You should have excellent leadership attributes coupled with extensive experience in Operations management and / or managing software services. Experience in Project Management / IT related services at a senior level would be an added advantage. Good exposure to HR and to understand the required support services for a software organization.
The ideal candidate should have a MBA and /or be a professional member of CIMA with over 5 years experience in a similar senior management capacity.
Age preferably below 40 years.
