One of our clients, a large international fast food chain is looking for a HR Director. This position will be hands-on and operations based. You will be managing the company other business operations in Dubai, Oman, Egypt, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and adhering to all processes. These will include payroll, appraisals, benchmarking salaries and performance management and providing advice to employees with regards to HR issues. You must have a minimum of seven years HR experience and minimum of 03 years as Human Resource Director of Head, and having worked in the Hotel trade only. The successful candidate must also have demonstrable experience of operational HR and be able to hit the ground running. You must be educated to Degree level and ideally have a HR qualification.
The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and the package is stated below;
PACKAGE:
Minimum Basic Salary USD.6500/- per month (Tax Free)
Housing allowance Equivalent to 4 months of the basis Salary
Annual Ticket to the home country
Transportation provided
Medical Insurance
