HR & Admin Assistant- Lanka IOC PLC

- The candidate should be a Diploma holder in Business Administration/ HR Management from a recognized institute, possess excellent communication skills & computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent command of spoken and written communication skills and PC proficiency is essential.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update personnel files of employees
- Assist the payroll process
- Assist handling of EPF/ ETF payments and records, liaise with with Central Bank, Employees’ Provident Fund, Employees’ Trust Fund and Labour Office
- Assist other HR activities such as coordinate trainings, conduct interviews
- Assist all Admin related work
Remuneration for the above post is negotiable keeping in line with the industry standards
