Requirements:
- university graduate and/ or Attorney-at-law preferably with professional qualifications in Human Resources
- minimum 3yrs experience in a similar position
- ability to take overall responsibility for human resources of the group including selection and recruitment, wages and salary administration, maintaining personnel records, employee welfare, industrial relations and disciplinary procedures
- ability to liaise, coordinate and follow up all legal matters of the Group with Company lawyers
