POST OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES -Workshop
JOB PROFILE
§ To assist all walk-in customer in a friendly, courteous and professional manner to solve their problems.
§ Handle all documentation of items accepted from and returned to customers.
§ To assist the team to achieve its target of Rs.800,000.00/month through repairs and upgrades.
§ To assist in achieving a turnaround Time as follows – Warranty/AMC repairs – 1 Working day, Estimates for chargeable jobs – 2 Working days, Completion of approved chargeable jobs – 1 working day.
§ Prepare and send repair estimates to customers.
§ Follow-up on estimates that have been sent.
§ Inform the customer about the status of the repair every two days.
§ Send letters to customers reminding them to collect repaired/non-repaired items.
§ Legibly and accurately fill the required documents and file accordingly.
§ Raise invoices for sales made by the division and accept payments.
§ Enter data into the Job Tracking Sheet and assist the manager to monitor the progress.
PERSONAL PROFILE
· Male of female below the age of 30 years
· Should have a pleasing disposition
· Should be customer/service oriented.
· Should be able to work under demanding situations.
· Has to be a good team player.

SKILLS PROFILE
· The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
· Should possess good command of English, both oral and written.
· Ability to work with word/excel.
· Experience in front office operation would be an added qualification.
